CENTER FOR LATINO PROGRESS RECEIVES A $102,449 GRANT TO CREATE THE “TRANSPORT HARTFORD ACADEMY”

Know nothing about local transportation options but want to learn more and get involved? Courtesy of a grant from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving to the Center for Latino Progress, you will be able to do so!  Tested in Denver, a new “Transport Hartford Academy” will spread awareness about transportation projects on the horizon and encourage local citizens to get involved.  It will expand knowledge among community members who will participate in transportation discussions in the future.  The Climate Stewardship Council supported this grant application.
